You will keep track of any and all pitching practices you do. Whether it’s 5 minutes or 60 minutes, I want you to write it down.
If you have someone under 18 catching for your pitcher, you must either print this off and bring it to me or fill in the form and email it back to me.
These monthly journal prompts are to be downloaded at the beginning of the month, monthly goals created and then used before and after each pitching workout.
Also, plan to bring your own hand towel and knee pad to in-person lessons to minimize sharing.
